Career Design 360 is an integrative, practice-informed model. The materials describe it as a practice review, not a controlled study of effectiveness. It is not a psychometric assessment and does not guarantee employment.

I bring together recruitment, HR leadership and career-transition work. I have worked at Michael Page, Intercomp, Brainpower / BPI Group, LHH / Avanta HR Solutions and BIPO, while running an independent career-consulting practice alongside corporate roles.
I now develop Chepa Career Group and Career Design 360. My method connects a person's professional story with market evidence and practical next steps. I describe it as an integrative, practice-informed framework, not a clinically validated assessment or a guarantee of employment.
My education includes a master's degree in linguistics and a PhD in economics.
